The Pheasant, Salisbury

At our Pheasant pub in Salisbury, we pride ourselves on our delicious menu which offers something for everyone. Our chefs use local ingredients where possible, many of which come from Salisbury Charter Market which you can visit yourself on Tuesdays and Saturdays, so you can be confident that our meals are just as fresh as they are tempting.

A bit of History

Our Pheasant Inn is a traditional British public house located at 19 Salt Lane, Salisbury, England. The building dates back to the 15th century and was originally five attached dwellings. In 1638, the shoemakers acquired the corner section of the building when schoolmaster Philip Crew left his house to the guild. The pub has a rich history and is listed on the National Heritage List for England as a Grade II* listed building. It has always been known for serving classic pub food and Sunday roasts, and has a courtyard and function room. We're also dog-friendly!
